Dragon Qigong Forms + The Wood Element

In qigong, the spring season is associated with the wood element - outward expansion, clear vision, and rising yang energy. In this workshop, we will explore this seasonal element through spiraling dragon forms - dynamic qigong practices which emphasize power, strength, and rooted stability. By balancing the wood nature in our bodies, we invite harmonious and intentional growth through the springtime. No previous qigong experience required.
